Missions Worldwide
works with colleges and
universities, such as
St. John's University in
Minnesota.

Recently, a group of professors from St.
John's visited Israel-Palestine on a fact-
finding mission for the college, which plans
to start educational tours for its theology
and politics students.

For the trip, MWW arranged lodging and
transportation, as well as special meetings
with Israeli and Palestinian community
leaders. The St. John's delegates met with
educators from Hebrew University and Tel
Aviv University, and with peace
organizations such as ICAHD and the
Parents Circle. MWW also arranged for
the delegates to meet with the Deputy
Mayor of Bethlehem, with the Latin
Patriarch Elias Chacour, and with
Franciscan fathers in Jerusalem, Galilee,
and Egypt.

This summer, St. John's is working with
MWW to bring its first student group to
Israel-Palestine!
